Biconomy Info does not require registration or login. We do not collect identity information for account creation.

If you contact us (e.g., through email or a ticket system), we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

• The content of your message and any attachments you send (e.g., screenshots)

1.2 Device Data

If you access the Services through a mobile device, we may collect device-related information such as:

• Device type, model, and manufacturer
• Operating system and version

• General location derived from IP address (not precise GPS location)
• Diagnostic and crash information

We do not collect precise geolocation.

1.4 Cookies & Similar Technologies

Biconomy Info is a mobile application and generally does not use browser cookies. However, if the App uses an embedded web view for certain pages, limited cookies or similar technologies may be used within that web view to support those pages.

We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) and do not serve ads.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information to:

Data may be processed in Switzerland and/or other jurisdictions where data centers are deployed. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer).

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

California residents may request, once per year and free of charge, information regarding the categories of personal information (if any) we shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us and include "California Privacy Right Notice" in your request.
